Sohkotaro Yoriie is the 6th generation descendant of Tomine Koreyuki, the founder of Kodama-to, and was killed at Ichinotani-no-Kassen (Battle of Ichinotani). Myosei-Zenni, the wife of Sohkotaro Yoriie, is said to have prayed for his soul by establishing Yusho-ji and a kuyo-to. It is currently placed in the graveyards of Yusho-ji.
